About Philip Wasley

Background & Education

Phil received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with concentrations in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering together with a minor in Philosophy from Oregon State University in 1988.

In 1993, he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Phil also worked as an environmental consultant honing his knowledge and skills by investigating sites for potential environmental liability and worked with companies in contamination delineation and remediation plan alternatives.

Wasley Law Office was founded in 1999 by Philip Wasley with the vision of helping clients understand and resolve their legal issues.
